KuikStar's Promotion and Regulation of Goods and Services Rules

Promotions

I. If you use any KuikStar Service for a promotional event (examples include contests, sweepstakes, or giveaways), you are entirely responsible for the lawful procedure of that promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:

i)   The official rules of the promotion;

ii)   Eligibility requirements (examples include age, location, and any other restrictions);

iii)   Compliance with applicable rules and regulations governing the promotion and all prizes offered.

II. Promotions on any KuikStar service must include the following:

i)   A complete release of KuikStar by each participant.

ii)   Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or in any association with KuikStar or any KuikStar affiliate.

III. Promotions on KuikStar must express correlation to one or more KuikStar music category.

IV. KuikStar will not assist you in the operation of your promotion. You agree that if you use any service provided by KuikStar for your promotion, you do so at your own risk.

Regulation of Goods and Services

If your content on KuikStar promotes the sale of regulated goods or services, including but not limited to albums, merchandise, and event tickets, please ensure that you hold legal ownership of that property. Furthermore, please ensure that you only sell that property to those meeting the legal requirements for attaining that property, and that you know and are following the law(s) which apply to everyone involved in that transaction.

Any product promoted, sold, or regulated on KuikStar must express correlation to one or more KuikStar music category.

KuikStar prohibits, and is not liable for, the regulation of any alcohol products, animals, firearms, illegal products, lost/stolen products, pharmaceuticals, and tobacco products on any service provided by KuikStar.

Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in you being penalized.
